The IEEE AMCAI 2025 Conference is co-organized by the Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France (UPHF) and the Tunisian Association for Artificial Intelligence (ATIA).
It will take place in Valenciennes, France, from October 14 to 16, 2025
Description
The 2nd IEEE Afro-Mediterranean Conference on Artificial Intelligence 2025 is scheduled to take place on October 14-16, 2025, at Valenciennes, France (Hybrid: In-person and Virtual).
– Each presenting author must pay a non-refundable registration fee.
– Only registered papers will be scheduled in the conference program.
– At least one FULL REGISTRATION must be made by authors to have the paper in the proceedings.
– The authors of the accepted papers must register by selecting a Full Registration (IEEE Member or Non-Member) or a Student Full Registration for inclusion in the conference program.
– Papers with no registration will not be included in the proceeding. The proceedings of the Conference will be published in the IEEE Xplore database.
– Papers accepted and not presented at the conference will not be included in the IEEE Xplore database.
– Only one paper is allowed per registration.
– Only one additional paper is allowed per full registration.

The prices displayed are exclusive of VAT and will be subject to VAT during payment.

- FULL REGISTRATION fees include admission to all conference sessions, including all presentations and keynote sessions, conference materials, publication of the conference paper in the proceedings for authors, coffee breaks, lunches.
- Attendee registration fees include admission to all conference sessions, including all presentations and keynote sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks.
The conference registration does not include accommodation.
- A written proof of student status is required (student card, advisor’s letter, etc.). Student registration is available to those providing a signed letter on headed note-paper from their University confirming their status.
- A proof of IEEE membership is required.
Important Note: Please clearly indicate the following information in the transaction remark: IEEE AMCAI 2025, NAME of attendee, Paper ID.
- No refunds will be made.
- Any additional banking expenses are not included in the registration fee and must be borne by the participant.
