2. Organizers
The conference is organized by Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and Beijing Normal University, China.
3. Registration & Fees
Registration is done online via https://dmes.peia-demo.com/.
Registration is confirmed only after payment.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact icmaie.conf@uphf.fr.
4. Payment & Cancellations
- Payments are made online or via bank transfer (participant covers bank fees and VAT).
- Cancellations before May 10, 2025, incur a €100 admin fee. No refunds after this date.
- Substitutions allowed until April 30, 2025.
5. Liability & Insurance
The organizers are not responsible for:
- Travel, accommodation.
- Personal injury, loss, or damage during conference.
- Participant are avised to have travel medical assurance .
6. Photos & Recordings
By attending, you allow the use of your name, photos, and videos for:
- Conference report
- Future event promotions.
7. Copyright & Publications
Authors retain copyright but grant ICMAIE the right to publish their work in:
- Springer’s Lecture Notes in Educational Technology (LNET)
- Springer’s Smart Learning Environments Journal (for selected best papers)
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is kept confidential and used only for ICMAIE 2025 purposes.
If you do not want your email shared with other participants, inform the organizers.
9. Disputes & Legal Compliance
Any disputes will be resolved under French law, with jurisdiction in valenciennes.
